Due to the nature of our products (vitamins and skincare items), we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products, in their original condition and packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
